We Were Stars Once is a two player game about stars who have lived as flesh and blood beings for one millennium in order to experience life in both their planetary systems. Now they must decide which of them will die along with all life in their system so that the other may live. Both stars are on a collision course with each other, and the Universe has granted them this time to explore what it means to live in the warmth of their celestial bodies so that they may make an informed decision.
This game includes instructions and nineteen prompt cards to help guide the conversation.
